Who we are
This website, constantbreeze.studio, is run by Constant Breeze Studio Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202546197D) (”we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal data described here. We handle personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and any email you send us. Our family dashboard app is not yet available. Before it is, we will publish a separate privacy notice for the app, explaining what the app collects and why, and link to it from this page.
What we collect
When you visit this website: we do not add cookies for advertising or tracking, and we do not add analytics that identify you. This website is built and hosted on Cargo (cargo.site). Cargo may record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site, and may use cookies and similar technologies to run its service, as described in Cargo’s own privacy policy.
When you email us: your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write.
Why we use it
To reply to you, to deal with your request, and to keep the website working and secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
Our email runs on Google Workspace, which handles your messages for us as our email provider. Our website host, Cargo, handles technical information as described above. We do not share your personal data with anyone else unless the law requires it. These providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Cargo’s published list of service providers shows that it hosts its services with Amazon Web Services in the United States, and that published site files may be cached at locations worldwide. Where providers handle data outside Singapore, we rely on their contractual commitments to protect it to a standard comparable to Singapore law.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for up to 12 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer to deal with an ongoing matter or because the law requires it, and then delete them.

Your choices
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to withdraw your consent to our using it, and ask us to delete it unless we have to keep it by law. Email jason@constantbreeze.studio. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Children
This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
